A little about the author.
For years, moving around the globe with my husband and daughter, I lived like a 'professional tourist' while setting up homes in Taipei, Taiwan; Pusan, Korea; London, England (twice); Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Rome, Italy; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and Swindon, England. Now, back in the states, I've reverted to being an occasional tourist and full time writer.
I've worked as a volunteer in all facets of producing newsletters and magazines for womens organizations in each of the places I lived. Several articles were published in the AWAR Forum magazine in Rome. A short story, "From the Mouths of Babes," won a short story contest on A Woman's Write, www.awomanswrite.com. I received an honorable mention from ByLines Magazine, www.bylinemag.com for best first chapter of a novel, for "The Ride."
